Where the paid tiers run today
Parcel-level feasibility — the reports, the massing, the diligence pack — is live for the Chicago metro: 2.62M parcels across 255 ingested jurisdictions. Outside that footprint the free tier still applies: every state has its cited zoning reference up now, at no charge.
